ATTORNEY YUTING LI

Yuting Li focuses her practice primarily on labor and employment law matters, including ADA, ADEA, Title VII, FLSA, New York Labor Law, New York State Human Rights Law, and New York City Human Rights law. Yuting also practice immigration including nonimmigrant visas and immigrant visas. Yuting always tries her best to meet the clients’ needs and an effective advocate both inside and outside the courtroom.

Yuting has been substantially involved in different kinds of employment litigation cases, such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA and FLSA matters. Yuting also successfully represented our clients before the USCIS.

Yuting received her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Before becoming an associate, Yuting was a judicial external for the Honorable Terrence J. Lavin in the Illinois Appellate Court, the first district, third division, and worked as a settlement negotiation associate in a law firm located in Chicago.

Yuting is licensed in Illinois and New York.
