DANNY GRACE

As Principal and Founder of the law firm Danny Grace PLLC, Mr. Grace provides representation to clients throughout the region in a variety of areas. His chief practice areas include employment matters such as prosecution and defense of discrimination and retaliation cases. He has also built an extensive immigration practice processing green cards, employment visas, asylum proceedings and deportation proceedings. Owing to his involvement in the hospitality industry in New York City, as an owner of three establishments and an advocate on the New York City Food & Beverage Roundtable Committee, Mr. Grace manages a bar/restaurant’s licensure process from inception of the corporation through approval of the liquor license, and anything in between.

Mr. Grace also has a personal injury practice, and he has taken more than 100 trials to verdict in State courts, including several brought against New York City governmental agencies.
In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Grace assists clients who have been charged with state or federal misdemeanors or felonies, ranging from driving under the influence to white collar crimes such as fraud and embezzlement to assault and other violent crimes.

A native of Ireland, Mr. Grace pursued his undergraduate education at St. Munchin’s College in Limerick, where he was a standout rugby player. Remaining in Limerick, he attended the University of Limerick School of Law and obtained his law degree in 2010. After working for a little over a year for an Irish law firm, Mr. Grace relocated to New York and joined a litigation firm. He founded his own practice in 2012. Admitted to practice before all New York state courts since 2011, Mr. Grace is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York. He stays abreast of current developments in his practice areas through his memberships in professional organizations.
