ATHENA PANTELOPOULOS ESQ.

Athena joined Danny Grace, PC in 2020 as an Associate Attorney.  She concentrates her practice in a variety of labor and employment matters, including discrimination and retaliation (based on gender, race, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, religion, etc.), recovery of unpaid wages and benefits, and breach of contract.  Athena’s practice is focused on advocating for employees’ rights for fair treatment and compensation in the workplace.

Athena earned her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law in 2019, where she served as a Form and Accuracy editor for the Journal of International Law and Commerce, and a member of Syracuse’s Moot Court Honor Society.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Villanova University in 2016.

Prior to joining Danny Grace, PC, Athena worked as a Law Clerk to the Honorable J. Adam Hughes, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
